Francesca has over 15 years experience in commercial & residential Interior design. Following a 1st class degree at Kingston University Francesca has worked with global household brands throughout her early career before she established Fringe Creative in 2017. Fringe works on a range of projects from hospitality & retail to high-end residential. She takes pride in being able to offer complete ID service from concept to completion, creating bespoke designs to the clients’ needs.
Jack Charles carries the name of the founders’ sons and was born out of blend of passion for people, property and delivering client value through service excellence. Together with business partner James Hincks, an experienced and ambitious senior agent in the area, they launched their business in March 2020, which was not without its challenges, however as an independent with a clear vision, they were able to march forward with genuine purpose, to become the leading agent in town.
The Covid experience allowed them to grow quickly and operate successfully beyond traditional geographic constraints, however they feel face to face interactions remain equally important and have continued to open their branch in Tunbridge Wells. Next stop Sevenoaks…
Shaun was unable to join his new venture from day one because his corporate role suddenly became a more critical one, looking after 2m Travel Insurance customers through very choppy waters. He was extremely fortunate to have a leading lady step in that shared his vision, his wife Marisa.
Shaun started his corporate life as an accountant with Marks and Spencer and moved on through retail into the mobile, telco, services, banking, and insurance worlds. A journey that afforded him the opportunity to broaden his corporate experience and mature his personal passion for Angel investment and Property development. Over the years Shaun has personally developed and built homes across London and Kent and managed successful rental portfolios for a range of stakeholders, an experience that allows him to better understand his client’s needs and goals.
This passion for people and property helped drive the successful Jack Charles partnership with James, along with a commitment to ‘making their business all about you’.

Andrew has over 40 years’ experience in the property and construction industry. He began his working life as traditional stonemasonry at one of the country’s leading specialists in stonework restoration. Wishing to develop the invaluable knowledge he had already gained, Andrew embarked on an Honours Degree at the University of Greenwich and subsequently progressed to become qualified as an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
Andrew went on to work for a number of property developers and then local government. He was appointed Head of Surveying for one of the largest housing associations in London and proceeded to become Head of Asset Management for a London Borough Council.
Andrew founded the Easterling Marsh Partnership in 2012 and remains passionate about historic building preservation and protecting our architectural heritage. He naturally specialises in period and listed properties, but also undertakes a range of services including residential building surveys and valuations, aerial photography, party wall matters and expert witness reports.”

Tara de Linde – Director
B.Sc. Hons, M.A. Hons, Dip Arch, ARB, RIBA
Tara de Linde trained at the University of Edinburgh, the Villemin School of Architecture in Paris, the University of Bath, and the Bartlett (UCL) in London. She worked for a period at Battle McCarthy Consulting Engineers and large commercial architectural practices in London prior to setting up her own practice. She lectures at the University of Cambridge, is an external examiner at the AA, the Bartlett, and RIBA, and is a British Homes Award Judge. She is also a governor at an independent school in East Sussex advising on property development.
Angie Pool – Director
Angie trained at the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa before heading up Dzelik architecture in Johannesburg. She then moved to Kent and set up her own practice specialising in high end residential projects before establishing Atelier de Linde Ltd. with Tara.
